Successes, Failures and The Status Quo

Audience: Executives and senior leadership teams

A workshop where successes are celebrated.

Man Celebrating Success

When was the last time you celebrated a success? Let go of a failure? Considered the benefits of the status quo?

In this 75 minute workshop we will start with a conversation around successes. More often than not we do not take the time to celebrate our achievements but in this workshop, we will do just that. It is your time to stand tall with pride!

Next we will shift our focus to times when we may not have been at our best. The core of a great leader is the ability to recognize that we do not have all the answers and in fact sometimes we are wrong. In this segment of the workshop we will work towards letting go of our failures.

Finally how do you manage those times when you feel like you are getting nowhere fast? We work hard to support our teams and satisfy our customers and yet there are days where the sense of satisfaction is fleeting. The intent is to provide a mindset shift on how to manage ‘slower times’. This workshop as a whole is designed to instill greater self-awareness, provide guidance on managing the emotional highs and lows of leadership and provide a new perspective on self-management and self-regulation.

Kind Words

Mindful HR Services provided a valuable opportunity to build a much deeper awareness of our strengths and limitations as a team. The self-reflection exercises, and the opportunity to share these in a guided, objective environment, has given all of us an enhanced level of insight into ways we can contribute to our team’s success.
